Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

This statement applies to the public Wingd website at wingd.co.uk. It does not cover the future Wingd mobile app, which will be assessed separately before launch.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2, Level AA, as our working accessibility standard. We have not yet completed a full independent audit, so we do not claim that every page fully conforms.

2. What we have done

• connected registration labels to their fields so assistive technology can identify them;
• made the user, business, and investor choice announce its selected state;
• added skip links and main-content landmarks across the public website;
• made the full-screen mobile menu operable with the keyboard, including Escape to close and focus return;
• provided text alternatives for controls that use icons or visual styling.

3. Known limitations

Some muted grey supporting text may not yet meet WCAG minimum colour-contrast thresholds. We are recording this as a known limitation rather than claiming full compliance.

The registration form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for security. That component is provided by a third party and may behave differently across browsers and assistive technologies. If it prevents you from registering, contact us and we will provide another way to register your interest.

Please tell us which page or feature caused the problem, what you were trying to do, and your preferred way for us to respond. We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

5. How we prepared this statement

This statement was prepared on 10 August 2026 following a review of the website source, browser accessibility information, keyboard interactions, form labelling, and rendered desktop and mobile layouts.

The review did not include a full independent audit or testing with every assistive technology. We will update this statement when material accessibility changes are made or further testing identifies new information.
