Consent - where you choose to opt in to marketing communications, we use your consent to send additional promotional emails about Wingd.

Legal obligation - where we need to keep or disclose information to comply with legal duties or respond to lawful requests.

5. Registration emails and marketing emails

Marketing emails are optional promotional emails such as launch campaigns, feature announcements, event promotions, social media updates, newsletters, and related updates. We will only send these if you opt in to marketing communications.
